I am not the new Rembrandt. ....Sadly.

In the museum, in Gouda, I stood beside this reproduction of Rembrandt's Nightwatch.
In 2006 I participated in the Inspired by Rembrandt competition, run by Radio Netherlands, to celebrate Rembrandt's 400th birthday.
I was not successful. The competition was won with a photo in the style of Rembrandt.
The competition certainly DID raise my interest in the famous Dutch painter!!
