I took this from the 35th floor of the Shard.

Yesterday I visited the poppies and they are an incredible sight. But to think every one represents a fallen soldier is so sad and just brings home how pointless physical conflict is. What is even worse is the fact all these hundreds of thousands of poppies just represents UK casualties.
