Hospital or Hotel

This is Outpatients in Salford, all shiny floors and sparkly lighting, curvy places to perch pre and post appointment plus freshly brewed coffee, not NHS. Make a day of it, some people have to. I am a comfy chair nerd and the seating is most welcome. I like that I can have treatment and get an M&S butty after as a treat although I haven't today, probably not good planning as there's a single carton of soya at home keeping the fridge light company. Overall the surroundings have managed to make me forget, momentarily, where I am. Is this down to good design or am I easily distracted?
