Half -way House

A pretty good evening. The Stan Douglas exhibition at the Fruitmarket is good & well worth a visit but the opening tonight was lifted by them dishing out a very acceptable malt to us viewing punters. Nice!

We then adjourned to the Halfway House, reputedly Edinburgh's smallest pub, where a few good beers were on tap and duly sampled. Very nice!
No food though, apart from a few bowls of nuts, so we grabbed a pizza from the chippie on the way home. Diavolo. Also very nice!
