Smile; even in your liver!

So Ned has his visa now, but I don't have mine....because the government doesn't like my liver. It needs to clean up its act, literally, and because I'm tired of waiting on my body to do it all on its own, I'm going to try to help it out a little. I've never had to cleanse my liver before......I don't even really think about my liver at all...........and of course now all I can think about is Ketut from Bali from Eat Pray Love saying Smile, even in your liver......clearly he's on to something!
