Mac 'n' Cheese

The burger vans and street food were back on the forecourt of 30 St Mary Axe again today. And boy what a spread! Too much to choose from really. I don't know why I tortured myself. I should have walked on by. This van particularly caught my eye. I thought that their cuisine was particularly appealing with a variety of recipes on offer.

Sadly, I had brought my 3 day old left-overs in for lunch so I was 'guilted' out of trying out the food on offer.
