Another fix-up. Down the block (I'll do a blip of it) is another gut-rehab. Next door to that they are putting in a stone patio. Next door to this restaurant is another complete renovation. On the corner a local person bought a six-unit building and has spent that best part of a half-year fixing it up. The place looks great. There is an awfully lot of money suddenly being poured into this neighborhood. It is what I kind of wanted to happen, but the pace of it makes me nervous.
