The witch's cottage

The witch has fled. Yew trees ring her lair.

This little cottage/summerhouse/folly stands in the grounds of a formerly grand house. I glimpse it often enough, and marvel at the exquisite tiled roof, but had never even considered it as a subject for Derelict Thursday. Maybe because my last week's entryto the challenge was my first! I was delighted to be runner-up of the week, and thank Sarum Stroller / An Avid Lensman for hosting the challenge.

Lovely day at work, we are rearranging the nursery from top to bottom. Quite hard while children are trying to play at the same time! There weren't many in today.

Just one more day until the weekend...
