Tea time

This is Dutch in his new winter outdoor rug. It is the first time he has worn it and I have blipped it today because it is probably the only time that it will not be covered in mud!

The temperature has dropped like a stone today, how come the weather forecasters never mention 'wind chill'! if the broadcasts came from the middle of the Yorkshire Wolds wind chill would become quite a factor!
