Reassurance

Jarvis the cocker spaniel is a bit worried about being at the vets without his owner. He was here for an investigation today and Steph had some calm words and lots of strokes to reassure him. Not only does he feel better but his anaesthetic induction is improved the calmer he is when we start. Whilst the clients always thank us, the vets, the vet nurses do so much behind the scenes.

Mark took the girls to the big fireworks and bonfire just a walk away from out house, I rushed home from work to give Flynn the anxious doggy a Xanax before the first display started. It worked marvellously and he was very calm and chilled without being sleepy.
