Cherry...Cherry Pie...

The cherry orchard above my place glows orangy-red on this beautiful autumn day. Especially nice after that gloomy election day fiasco. Now, back to my Happy Place...running around the backroads of the valley.
Getting loadedfor the last...very last!...art show this weekend. It's just a local auttumn thing, but fun. Includes restaurant challenges with local lamb, wine tastings, cocktail parties, music, art, theater, cowboy poetry and liars contests. Every place where people can gather in town has a fab function to celebrate autumn and the arts. I am especially interested in how 4 of the 11 chefs are going to cook the lamb.
