Sea of Poppies

.............glistening under an almost full moon at the Tower of London and soon the planting will end. OMG so many people are visiting they have now put up barriers so that people are not crushed onto the railings. Fortunately working only a 5 min walk away I have been watching the progress for months.

Bonus today - my team leader arrived at work with a sample of a channa (chick-pea) curry for me to take home which he made so no need to cook tonight. I must say his wife is a lucky woman coz that was the best channa curry I've ever eaten - he also makes mighty fine choc cake so she is doubly lucky!!
