Distortion

It was tough to get up this morning for the bus at 9.30am. Got up to the hospital for 10.30 to see the OT. Wasn't sure who I was seeing , I was hoping it was the psychiatrist .
But it was a good appointment with C. We got a tea from the hospital shop and walked round the grounds before sitting on a bench chatting. It was a lovely spot.
Through a lot of tears we talked about self motivation and self esteem.

My problem is I can do things for other people , get to appointments etc but left to my own devices I can't do it. Yesterday proved that.
The hospital are giving me a phone appointment tomorrow and hopefully news from the psychiatrist about seeing him at some point.

A night at Mums where I got criticised about for having a sore back ! Apparently its my own fault for putting on weight and lying on the sofa too much.

Walked down to Lothian Road from the hospital and had a tea and spotted these reflections on the banks window.
