Festival Internacional de Comidas

I cannot even begin to describe how much fun I had today. Assad, one of the MBA students from Peru, organized a food festival with international foods. Most of the students cooked something from their home country. I decided to make baked macaroni and cheese because it is very American but also eaten very often as a side in Trinidad, where my parents are from. There was food from Israel, Ecuador, Venezuela and Mexico, to name a few countries. Everything was amazing and everyone was really happy to share a bit of their culture. It was a great experience.
