Neighbors cat, everything wrong. Wrong lens, no time, no patience for a quickly moving cat. But her eyes are amazing. She visits now our yard and I can only hope that I will always be around to hold Maggie back. She is a cat chaser...
This is an emergency blip. Our yesterday was disturbed by the realization that we have a leak in the roof or structure of the house somewhere, which causes a big amount of water to come into the bedroom and bathroom, when it rains. This house is only 3 years old, and of course there is no more guarantee for structural problems. But the builder came out this morning at 10 am and looked at the problem, seemed mildly concerned and willing to go ahead right away with the repair. He would be back in an hour.
I spent my morning hurriedly emptying the bedroom .... and the builder hasn't returned yet. So, as the room is empty and lunch is prepared - leftovers from the nice dinner last night - I will be out in the yard waiting for what is going to happen next. There will be siding of the house to be removed, the wall in bed- and bathroom has to be opened to find the leak.
Oops, I can hear the builder come. He is quite deaf and thus talks very loud ...
