Market Day

If it is Wednesday then it a trip to Kirbymoorside is the order of the day. Today is market day and attracts people from the moorland villages. The queue is for a butcher who raises his own meat and makes some very tasty sausages and travels down from the Wolds.

I was there early following a trip for a health check at the Drs. I will await their findings in two weeks time. All I know is that I weigh the same as I did in 1999.

Whilst waiting for my Pilates class to start I went on a Blip hunt. Showers were scudding about and I just caught this rainbow after one heavy shower. The majority of children awaiting the school bus had no coats despite the cooler and wet weather.
