From Near the Gate

11.1C and clear all day. Very little cloud, Bright sunshine. Light breeze.

Maeve the Deerhound and I went for our more usual walk after lunch, and thankfully there were no burning bales in the fields today.

We went up to the church, down the field with the bridle path, and along beside the shore road. I got this shot from near the gate where we go down to the beach via the level crossing. Then we went along the beach Westhaven. After we wandered along the beach we came back home in a loop up the main road and back along towards the church.

Lovely and cool and clear. Forecast for tomorrow looks to be very wet and windy.
