Waking up in the foothills of the Himalayas

Manali, our first official stop in India, and the senses certainly got a taste of what's to come. But with super views of the Dhauladhar and Pir Panjal Ranges, and the fast-flowing Beas River running through the town, I think we picked a pretty spectacular starting point.
