Managing Performance

Everyday the management team meet at 9:30 to review the previous day's performance. Here in Stratford they cover the network out to Kings Lynn and Cromer as well as the busy suburban area of East Essex.

All delay causes are reviewed and improvement plans agreed. A lot of work has gone into getting performance up to 90.6% but the push for even higher levels is proving challenging. This data area is but one small example.
