Building

Josh has been saving up for months and months gradually buying all the component parts for a super-computer and today his final part arrived. My kitchen table is full of ram and motherboards and some really complex bits I can't even name.

After the initial build there was a tense moment when nothing happened and he had to take it apart again - we only realised how worried he'd been when he did a second test and it lit up and whirred when he pressed the 'on' switch and I saw his face flood with relief.

He's still not managed to assemble it in its case, but it's looking good. However I don't think I'm going to get my kitchen table back for a while….. He reminds me a lot of his Uncle Gi.
