Much needed rain

Plenty of rain as I biked home, might as well head for the hills for a run.

Today's lesson; always get it in writing. I received an email telling me I owed $s for installing 4 of my 6 curtain rails. Fortunately I could send back the email trail where they clarified quote included installing all the rails.

I don't know what went on at their end but my email query was clear and precise, and the answer unambiguous.

They've back tracked (no pun intended ;-)

Hail, rain and sleet here. For the first time in 3 1/2 years it's not inside my home.

The real test will be driving rain but the latest roof fix is promising.
