...on the plaza next to the new walkway. They've greatly beautified the area in town alongside the Skagit River, up one block from the main street in Mount Vernon. It's a relatively small town, 30-odd thousand people, so it was no surprise that only a few roamed the plaza on this Tuesday afternoon before Spanish class. Hasta mañana, amigos~
