Men at work - NOT

Nothing seems to wind me up at the moment more than unnecessary traffic restrictions - the road has been restricted by cones and traffic lights and as usual nobody doing any work - the hole in the ground is actually on the pavement!!

Utility companies and councils should be taken to task over poor traffic management.

Picture quality is not great, taken through a grubby windscreen while I waited patiently for the lights to change.
