Steak sandwich

I'm trying to teach Sarah, the girl who lives with me, how to cook.

Last week I showed her how to make a basic tomato pasta sauce from scratch; and tonight was steak sandwich, with garlic butter and caramelised onions and peppers.

Although she likes to doubt herself, she is good at cooking. Dinner was yummy and the steak was tender and juicy.
