Rock cupcakes

I was at a work event at the Dovecot , Infirmary Street, Edinburgh, and on the way out noticed that they have a gallery.

The rocks are from Afghanistan and the exhibition was about female jewellery makers making a living with their craft. Their pieces were lovely but the photo shows some of the beautiful raw rocks. I prefer them that way in some ways but appreciate the skill in being able to create beautiful jewellery.

Never noticed this venue before today just tucked out of site.
