Early start.

As I predicted yesterday, I was woken early this morning with a "Daddy I want to go downstairs". As suspected Mrs Seal was nursing a hangover so I left her in bed to recover whilst I went through the morning feeding ritual. First the dog, then the fish, then the kids and finally a strong coffee for me.

Mrs Seal eventually stirred 3 hours later (still only 9 o'clock)! Shortly after we headed off for a walk to make the most of the sunny morning fresh air. Needed to pick up her car abandoned the night before. On the way back we stopped at the pond to feed the ducks and the overly large fish that seemed to take a fancy to the soggy bread on offer. Spent a good hour watching the wildlife before having a lazy afternoon with a sneaky little nap.
