Time.....

Tick tock tick tock.... I've realised I can often struggle with time. There is never enough of it and it slips by too quickly. We are waiting for a hosp appt for my friend's mum. Fingers crossed. I spend a lot of time in my car......dashing here and there. I drove home in the silence today. Pondering the world and the people in it. I then turned into the country lane and hit and killed a pheasant. Nothing I could do other than gasp in shock. Very sad. Made me think all the more how quickly life can change. I'm looking forward to bonfire night. It's part of my build up to Christmas. Shame it will be so cold. Back to training which is good. Got to find the time to run now as the evenings have drawn in on me. I hate the impact of the clocks changing. It could be worse though ;-)
