Our new view

A couple of weeks ago I Blipped the sad picture of a tree trunk when the tree surgeons were part way through felling a huge tree opposite the end of our drive (the house is sort of sideways on, so it's not exactly opposite the house).

Anyway, it just goes to show that some good comes from most events. This is our new view and it's been opened up beautifully. We can now see amazing sunsets, (here's one taken by Nikonabike) and also the drive is much drier than before, as it was always in the shade previously, with lots of moss growing on it.

Kayaking with TP tonight. Brrrr (even though it's in a pool, it's still cold coming home with wet hair). Great fun though!
