Bruges

A lovely day wandering along the cobbled streets taking in the wonderful architecture of this place. Sadly the sky was very overcast and the light very flat for most of the day. However the sun peeked through mid afternoon just as we were taking a most entertaining boat trip along the canal ways. In this shot the 13th century belfry can be seen which dominates the nearby Markt. Back at the hotel now, resting our weary feel and having a wee siesta before a wee local beer and some dinner!
