Home improvements!

This could almost have featured as a derelict Thursday blip, but thankfully this eyesore property across the road from me has been sold and improvements are being made!

Though I have to wonder the reasoning behind laying new lawns and painting the pebbledash before replacing those windows and repairing the roof!
