Back to the woods today. I saw two grey squirrels which saddens me because the last time I saw squirrel in this part of the woods, it was a red one. They have been reported!

Also saw a tree creeper and heard a jay. I hardly ever see them but I saw a flash of blue as it flew through the trees.

I went early enough to get there before the men who go to lurk behind the trees! But by the time I had left they had started arriving.
