Should we be worried????

A note in our letterbox today from a neighbor.
Halloween night,five families from 10 on the street let off a few fireworks.
9pm on a Saturday night for maybe 45 minutes,having a great time,trying to be as safety aware as possible.
This neighbor from the last house around the corner ,a decent distance away from where we letting off the fireworks in the red zone,let loose with a screaming tirade.
We went home fairly happy campers,a bit miffed at his rant but happy.
Then this......hmmmmmm
What's wrong with a set of earmuffs for a few hours,really?
But Satan and earthquakes??????
