LAST TO FALL

I went a bit off my normal beaten path at lunch today, and came across this sad looking apple tree with no leaves on it at all. I was taken aback by the fact that the leaves were gone and the apples were on the ground, except for this last one. I guess if you were looking for further proof that Winter is just around the corner, this could certainly be it.
