Ashure

This is a kind of dessert, it has a great taste!

Have you ever tasted it? Maybe, some of my Blipfriends who visit Istanbul may taste it! :-)

I cooked two big cooker of ashure today! It took my all day to prepare it. I will distribute most of them to my family (my parents and in-laws), my friends and my neighbours.
