Covered Market: Pheasants

More complicated in large ("L").

I don't know why I do this... They are beautiful but I always find it difficult; I find them absolutely mesmeric, and then always feel weird for having got so close and for having felt so fascinated.

I didn't put up my favourite because it seemed a bit too abrupt.
I've put 5 shots on Flickr (right from here), and this is my favourite of the photographs, even though it is the most poignant and tragic-seeming.
