Finished off a proposal I'd started yesterday and emailed that off before jumping on the train to get in for another new business meeting. Nice folk but as they are seeing five potential suppliers in one day we'll all merge into one advertising wank chatting ball of mush.

Missed the train back by one minute so sat on the platform waiting for the next one nibbling on a limp ham sarnie.
