Landing in Cusco, Peru

We landed in a city of 1/2 million. The elevation was 11,ooo
feet, Most on our tour were taking high elevation sickness
pills. We panted going down stairs! But specially going
up stairs! We tired easily!!!!!

None of the montains here had glaciers but I will post
other mountains eventually. They use melting glaciers
as a water source, but they are suffering global warming
also.

I consider Peru a third-world country, but they are
on the cusp of change.
