World Book Day!

I love books, they have been a big part of my life for as long as I can remember, I will never forget the excitment at about 7 years old been allowed to choose my own book and pay for it myself, it was Oscar Wildes - The Happy Princes and Other Tales, and I still have it, I could not find it today, Pollyanna was my second purchase and Enid Blyton certainly drew me in to reading as a child.

My nine year old son is an avid reader, and it is lovely watching him with that same love of books, I am sure it will stand him great stead later in life.
