I went into Katoomba to pick up a new computer. It hadn't arrived, so I drove down to Echo Point to photograph the tourists.

Katoomba has many art deco style shops, houses, apartments and cinemas.
The two cinemas I can think of are no longer used for that purpose, however.

On the way I spotted this little house and thought it might lend itself to the fisheye lens treatment.

I've only had it a few days and have taken a dozen or so shots, but am looking forward to getting the hang of it.
Obviously not an everyday lens, but I think it could prove to be a lot of fun.
Then again, it might sit on a shelf.
We'll see.
