Princess Twilight Sparkle

Our 4 1/2 year old drew this picture of Twilight Sparkle from MLP equestria girls. She chose a book showing how to draw the pony-humans from the school book fair. When we sat down to it today, it had precisely 6 steps for creating each character (and needed about 30!). So we worked through each step slowly, using pencils so we could erase the basic shapes indicated by the first step. We got tired of concentrating after almost an hour's work and colored some of the wings but then broke for lunch. Hopefully we will get to finish it off tomorrow as she was super keen to make it perfect but had to work so hard at it!
I was super impressed at her concentration as skills for a 4 year old who has very unartistic parents.
