Day of rest...... Pah!!

Sunday is a day of rest - yeah right, maybe when I was 15 or even early 20's! I don't see that happening for another few years if not decades!

I managed to get a little interrupted lie-in this morning. Peach & I excelled at our parenting skills this morning, as he moved the small TV into the girls bedroom and allowed them to watch a DVD so that we could have an extra 45 mins sleep!

We had a lazy morning, allowing us all breakfast in our pyjamas, with a treat of toast and hot chocolate for the girls.

We took the girls to Gilrose Cemetry with Nana T, Calv & kiddies to collect pine cones for my cousin. DM loved reading the grave stones, she was interested in the dates and amazed at how far they date back too. She became quite somber when she found graves of young children.

Aj loved the puddles, Rubels was happy wandering and Pops had to be near an adult and carrying the pine cones.

We got back, had a quick bite to eat and then R&P had a birthday party to go to. They had a lovely time and it was wonderful to see Rubels participate in the party. The last few we've been to, she's been adamant that she didn't want to get involved, using the excuse that she never wins and always loses. Yet, she was one of the first to get a prize at the pass the parcel today :)

We came home, had dinner, bathed the girls and put them to bed. They were all extremely shattered, obvious by the way they cried over what appeared to Peach and I as minor details or happenings.

I've spent the evening working on artwork for our Totstime and Twins at Totstime Christmas Party.

There really isn't enough hours in the day at the moment!
