Ta'Pinu Basilica, Gozo

Today we left Malta briefly for a visit to Gozo. We went to the pretty fishing village of Xlendi, The Azure Window at Dwejra, Ta' Pinu Basilica and Victoria. Took lots of photos but chose this one inside the Basilica, it looks like a painting until you look closely and then you can see its a mosaic, it shows up more in the photo than when you are there. It was a good day to visit Gozo as they had a thunderstorm in Malta and quite a lot of rain, we stayed dry!
