I'm not a criminal ....

but I have been charged.

Called into my local service station this morning to collect the usual expresso coffee and fill up with diesel and was approached by the manager who had recognised me in the 'drive off ' criminal shot on cctv.

Friendly he asked if I had forgotten something last Friday and presented me with this mug shot piece of paper. It appeared that in the hast of getting my caffeine fix I had forgotten to pay for my fuel.

Rather embarrassed I pleaded guilty there and then as I had no alibi and with humour he noted that it happened often to genuine locals hence he knew I would be back in a day or so.

Great start to the week huh.
