Ho ho ho

Gracie had a two hour swimming session this afternoon. The session is to help train instructors up to their next level, so is free for students. Grace enjoyed her first hour but then the group size doubled in the second half and she found it hard to cope. She stayed at the opposite side to the rest of the class, bounced around at the side pool for a bit and wouldn't engage with the tutors even though they tried. They don't know her well enough, certainly not like we do here at home or the staff do at school. We can spot the anxiety signs and get her to share. Eventually she decided to come out early. I thought it might help her to relax if we did some retail therapy, so after she got changed we went to do some early Christmas shopping.
