New Lanark

Uncle Charles and Auntie Kirsty came to visit us for the weekend and we met up at New Lanark mills. We had lunch in the cafe which was rather eventful as Conor was sick all over himself. We managed to get him cleaned up then went on the Falls of Clyde walk. It was great, we all loved it. So beautiful, I can't believe I've never come here before - shocking I know, it's embarrassing!

We walked as far as the Corra Linn falls then headed back to the mills to see the Great Tapestry of Scotland. It is stunning, such an amazing achievement for all those involved.

Orla chose to drive home with her aunt and uncle, much more exciting than going with Mum and Dad. We had our Saturday night pyjama party, complete with another puking episode from Conor. While dressed as a skeleton, appropriately, as it was pretty gruesome. Not that he seems in the slightest bit bothered.
