A little bit of Santa

So this evening we've just returned from taking our son back to college after half term, I find this hard to deal with but as he comes home at weekends it's bearable! Will he be ok? Will we be ok? What's he doing? Is he eating ok? Is he coping with course work? Is he happy? The answer to all of those questions is yes! But my negative thought train would have me believe otherwise, I just need to battle it. Keeping busy keeps my mind less active!!

The picture is part of a stocking I am making for a colleagues daughter. I made one last year but it disappeared while I was ill in hospital at Christmas, I've searched hi and low!! So I've started another, I'm also going to make her an ornament every year, her mam mentioned she was going to start collecting, it is a lovely idea and want to contribute!
