Christmas Pudding Ice Cream

Today I made Mary Berry's Christmas Ice Cream Pudding & love that one of my old bowls also fits snugly on the KitchenAid - looks pretty too - handy when you've got egg whites & cream to whisk up separately in the same recipe.

Oh & tastes real good too - even before it's been frozen!

& much better than the Shortbread I made (& overcooked while distracted) yesterday.
