Searching.......................

This afternoon it was lovely and sunny and I went for my walk on the beach. We can’t say which beach because Ann keeps the STAR facebook/twitter pages updated with photos (& some of the STAR followers look at my blips) and today she’s posted three photos of this beach and asked the question, ‘Where are we?’

I wasn’t allowed to take my bouncy ball to the beach because the tide was in and Ann said there wouldn’t be enough room for me to play. She said, ‘Molly, we’ll walk to the end of the beach and then we’ll walk back.'

‘Just walking’ can be a bit boring so when I spotted a little 10 month old dog, called Alfie, whose owners had three balls for him to play with, I immediately went and sat right in front of them and gave them my ‘appealing look’. Obviously they invited me to play!!

This afternoon I have been in super, duper, speedy mode! Alfie, the puppy, didn’t even manage to get the ball once and his owners didn’t believe that I was ten years old. They thought I was just a youngster.

However, by the time we got to the end of the beach I was getting a bit tired so I lay down in the sea, let go of the ball & it floated away. Alfies’s owners didn’t mind. They just produced another ball for us to play with.

……………….Ann did mind though!!!!

……………..And when I did the same thing with the second ball she went absolutely ballistic at me. She said, ‘Molly, it’s bad enough when you lose your own toys. Go and find that ball right now.’

I spent ages looking for it (in this blip) but I couldn’t find it. Alfies owners were ever so nice. They said it didn’t matter. But now Ann is cross with me.

……………….And now I’m in bed because an hour’s play with a 10 month old puppy has worn me out!!!!!
