I'm a little teapot.....
I am still home in my jammies...I got to sleep 'until I was done' this morning. Tonight is our Clinical Advisory Board and Peer Review Committee meeting. This happens once a quarter, 5:30pm - sometimes 9:00pm. It is a pretty big deal, food is served, packets are formed for each of the meetings. There is a lot of preparation that goes into it. As the administrative piece, I can say, I have to be on my toes. Later, I 'get to' transcribe the minutes. This is the hardest part, not my forte. Half the time, I don't even know what they are taking about. I have support, however, my boss and my coworker got my back. Good thing!!!
So instead of being on the road at 6:30am, I was still dreaming. I am now enjoying my tea, I thought I would blip this morning and not take my 'big girl camera' out today. This may be a bad choice, but I have my trusty 'red friend' the point and shoot Exilim tucked safely in my purse. I have a collections of shots that can't make it to Blip, but I hope to be able to use one day with my book covers or something else. I love the fact that I can just store them on the computer for another day.
My teapot...of course I gave it a little treatment after the fact, my walls aren't orange. I really kinda like this however, a nice bright morning. My hubby and I couldn't be more different in our decorative strategies. I don't know why he cares so much. Most husbands I know really couldn't give a rip about it. But not him. I am not saying he has bad taste....remember my early Valentine's Day surprise? That was ALL him!!! But we have had many battles in our many years about such things. One thing that did come out nice, is our bedroom and bathroom redo. He finally agreed with red. I don't know why he did, but it is just enough and looks fantastic. We still need to get a few pictures hung and matching furniture...it was nice to be in agreement.
I am hoping for a smooth day...started out well, an nice cup of tea and a 'sleep in'....yeah for me!!!
Happy Friday Eve peeps!!!!
