In a good mood

Even though he's not smiling on the picture, my grandson awoke in such a good mood, so I used the opportunity to take some pictures of him. In fact, it was so delightful "chatting" to him, that we got a little delayed on our way to the airport. We just missed the train and had to wait for the next one (only 10 minutes though), and when we got to the airport there was a long waiting line at the customs service (since we are not in the EU, we get to shop tax free in Denmark). But fortunately there was no waiting line at check in, and we got seats by the emergency exit (lots of leg space). When we landed in Keflavík we took the bus to Reykjavík, where we visited my parents in law while waiting for the flight to Akureyri. Luckily the flight was on schedule so we got home around eight o'clock in the evening. Our son greeted us at the airport and the cat was also extremely happy to have us home again ;-)
